The idea began during PhD research in 2016, where Ruth discovered how vital movement is for thinking, especially for people with dyslexia. Since then, she has continued exploring lived experiences through anthropological research, trialing and refining designs to help to empower the movers who are disenfranchised from their own ways of being-in-the-world through having to be still
